For the last 10 months, I’ve been running daily Live workouts on my Instagram and Facebook and we’ve built the most incredible community, sweating together across the world. It’s time to take it to the next stage. 

 

If you’re tired of trying another random Live workout with no structure or progression, this is for you. 

Club V Body is my monthly programme offering of HIIT / bodyweight and strength REAL TIME training, providing structure, progression and motivation for your home training.

My fitness programmes don’t just focus on your physical results, but also develop a stronger mindset. Self-Accountability, part of what you will learn with me, will ensure your results are long-term. All of the content will be accessed in a private members Facebook group. 

 

Whatever your goals are; fat loss, muscle gain, training for a challenge or to just feel AMAZING, I’ve got you.

MOVEMENT

LIVE WORKOUTS

Any ability, any body. 

Weekly:​

  • 6+ live workouts (HIIT + Strength) no workout is ever the same!

  • Home-based workouts that you can also do at the gym

  • 1-2 x Live Yoga flow or Pilates sessions

Monthly:​

  • Live sessions from special contributors - Breathwork, Boxing, Meditation

  • Mobility + Flexibility sessions

  • Fitness challenge of the month

  • Workout calendar planner

  • Educational explainer videos on exercise form, recovery, core strength etc

No gym? No problem,

all sessions can be done from home. ​

NUTRITION

HEALTHY HABITS

Working with our in-house Nutritionist, you'll learn how to eat to fuel your training, mind + lifestyle.

  • Community sharing recipes and meal prep ideas

 

Monthly :

  • Healthy Recipe Booklet featuring easy-to-cook meals, smoothie recipes and snack ideas.
