The Low Down...
We will start with a (saucy) 30 minute HIIT sesh with Talilla, followed by 20 minute Mindset workshop with Fontaine on all things 'Athlete Mindset'. After this we will be running a 30 min Q&A with Talilla, to ask any questions, Club V or other related. It's time for you to share how you've found the 8 week challenge, as well as just asking any general questions to get to know each other!
As we can't celebrate in real life with you all, we have chosen to take our meet-up online and to support a charity who is doing great things during this time. Mind, is a charity who help provide support and empower those who are experiencing mental health problems. We feel this is more important than ever especially during these times. Being part of Club V is more than just getting physically fit as we mention time and time again (only because it's so important), for many of us the mental hurdles are the hardest. We are lucky that we have such a strong community and we would love to be able to support such a wonderful charity such as Mind.
